The service
ToolSee provides free browser-based tools for working with PDF files, images and resumes. The tools run on your device and do not require an account. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
Your files and output
You keep all rights you have in the files you use with ToolSee. You are responsible for making sure you have permission to use, edit and share those files.
Because processing happens in your browser, you are also responsible for keeping backups. Check every output file before using it for an important purpose. We cannot recover a file that was lost, overwritten or closed on your device.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ToolSee to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of another person;
- process content you do not have permission to use;
- distribute malware or attempt to interfere with the site's security or availability; or
- misrepresent the service or its output in a way that harms another person.
Intellectual property
The ToolSee name, design, text and original site content belong to their respective owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the site for lawful personal or business purposes. Files you create with the tools remain yours. Third-party libraries used by the site remain subject to their own licences.
No professional advice
The resume builder is a formatting tool. It does not provide career, legal, financial or employment advice, and using it does not guarantee an interview or a job. PDF and image tools produce technical output; you must decide whether the result is suitable for your purpose.
Availability
We aim to keep ToolSee available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting incidents, browser changes or events outside our control. Features may depend on your browser, device memory and the size of your files.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolSee is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free or that every file format will work on every device.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolSee and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business or goodwill arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Third-party services and links
The site may contain links to third-party websites or display advertising from third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how the site handles technical data, browser storage, analytics and advertising. It forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site or the law. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you continue to use ToolSee after an update, you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of ToolSee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the consumer law of your own country.
