A simple idea
Most people do not need a full desktop suite to merge two PDFs, reduce a photo for a website or create a clean resume. They need a tool that opens quickly, explains what it does and gets out of the way. ToolSee brings those tasks together in one place, without an account or a subscription.
Local-first by design
PDF and image processing happens inside your browser. Your files are not uploaded to a ToolSee server, which means the sensitive part of the task stays on your device. This approach also makes the tools useful on a phone, a shared computer or a slow connection.
No system is perfect. Very large files depend on your device's memory, and some protected or unusual formats may not work. Always keep the original and check the result before relying on it.
What you can do
- PDF: merge files, extract or remove pages, rotate pages and add page numbers.
- Images: compress, resize and convert JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC files.
- Resumes: build a structured CV, preview it and export it for printing or editing.

Three languages, one experience
ToolSee is available in Arabic, English and French, with right-to-left layout support for Arabic. The goal is a consistent experience rather than a translated interface bolted onto an English product. If you spot an awkward phrase or a missing translation, please tell us.
Independence and funding
ToolSee is independently maintained. The tools are free, and we may display advertising in the future to cover hosting and development costs. Advertising does not change how your files are processed, and we do not sell file contents or personal information.
How we build and test
We start from a real task, not a feature list. Each tool is tested on desktop and mobile browsers, with different file types and sizes, and the result is checked manually before release. We prefer a clear, focused tool over a screen full of options most people do not need.
We also review the Arabic, English and French text and correct confusing translations. If we find a mistake after release, we fix it and update the page date.
What we do not do
- We do not require an account to use the core tools.
- We do not upload your files to a ToolSee server.
- We do not sell file contents or personal information.
- We do not use fake visitor counters or misleading numbers.
- We do not add advertising before a suitable consent platform is active.
